Reality check!

So yesterday I had to watch my grandfather all day. My grandfather had both of his legs amputated and is nearing 90 years old. Watching really made me realize what a life and day as a nurse would feel like. I mean it would be a little different because I wouldn’t be emotionally attached to my patient like that but yea it really was a reality check for me. I had to carry him from the wheel chair to my car and out again I’m gonna admit it was tiring but I was happy to see my grandfather happy ;)
